Our products

We sell gardening organisation and plant care accessories, including tool storage, repotting mats, plant ties, plant labels and seed packet organisers.

Check each listing for dimensions, materials, contents and instructions before ordering. Tools, pots, plants, seeds, twine and other styling accessories are included only when expressly listed as part of the product.

Screen and lighting differences may affect colour appearance. This does not excuse supplying goods that materially differ from their description. We remain responsible for supplying goods that meet applicable statutory standards. Use products for their intended purpose and follow the supplied instructions.

Placing an order

You can review your basket, delivery details, total price and available payment methods before submitting payment. Please correct errors before placing your order and contact us promptly if you notice a mistake afterwards.

Your order is an offer to purchase. An automatic order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order and is not, by itself, acceptance. We accept the order when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier.

If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will tell you and promptly refund any payment taken for the unfulfilled items. We will not substitute a different product without your agreement.

Prices and payments

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Applicable taxes are included in the displayed product prices. Delivery costs and the order total are shown before payment.

The payment methods displayed at checkout are the methods available for your order. Our store is hosted by Shopify and payments are handled through the payment services available at checkout.

We bear applicable import duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges for delivery from the United States to the United Kingdom. You should not have to pay an additional import charge to receive your order. If a carrier requests one, contact us so that we can arrange payment or resolve an incorrect charge.

If we identify an obvious pricing or listing error before accepting your order, we will explain it and let you choose whether to proceed on the corrected terms or receive a refund. We do not change the price of an accepted order without your agreement, except where the law permits.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched from the United States. Processing normally takes 1–2 working days, followed by estimated standard transit of 5–8 working days. Estimated total delivery time is 6–10 working days.

Standard delivery is £3 for an order subtotal below £50 and free from £50, after discounts. Please read our Shipping Policy for full details.

We remain responsible for goods until they are delivered into your possession or that of a person you nominate, subject to applicable law.

Cancellations, returns and faults

Our Return & Refund Policy explains the statutory cancellation right, our additional 30-day return service, free return and exchange postage, and refund arrangements. These policies form part of your purchase terms and do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

Contact us promptly if you wish to stop an order before dispatch. If it has already been dispatched, we will explain the applicable free return process.

Website use and intellectual property

Do not use this website unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation or submit misleading information.

Website text, graphics and other materials are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. Purchasing a product does not transfer intellectual property rights in website content.

Responsibility

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill, as required by law.

Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled, including information processed through Shopify and the services used by our store.

Changes and disputes

The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order. Later changes apply to future orders and do not remove existing rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their UK place of residence. Applicable consumer jurisdiction rules remain available, including the right to bring eligible proceedings in the courts where you live.
